Orders and Shipping
We aim for a turnaround time of 1-2 working days for prints.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery of your order will depend on where you live and also if you are rural NZ. Courier deliveries in main metro areas of the NI are usually overnight and SI metro areas is 2 working days.
If your print arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the damaged print and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address and your order has not been shipped, just reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct address. If you order has already been dispatched, it may take some time to get it re-directed.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with tracking details.

We ship to all of New Zealand using a courier service. For shipments to international destinations, we use either a national postal service or a courier service. And yes, we do ship worldwide.
Where possible, we will combine prints into one package.

Returns and Exchanges
At Print Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine art prints. Please review our cancellation and replacement policies by clicking on the Cancelation Policy link in the footer bellow.
We are a busy studio and ship hundreds of prints a day so this does unfortunately happen. If you have received the incorrect prints, we will track down your package and get this delivered to you. We may also send a courier pick up for the incorrect items.
If your print arrives damaged in transit, please:
✔ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
✔ Provide photos of the damaged print & packaging
✔ We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
✔ Before Production – Orders can be cancelled without penalty before printing begins. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.
❌ After Production – Once the printing process has started, cancellations are not possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
